HMHDPE BARRELS

We manufacture 220 ltrs and 235 ltrs capacity HM-HDPE plastic barrels from best quality food grade HMHDPE material. All the barrels manufactured comply with the requirements of:

Indian standard IS 10146 on specifications of Polyethylene for safe use in contact with foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and drinking water
Additives incorporated in this grade comply with the positive list of constituents as prescribed in IS 10141
FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 and CFR 21 US-FDA 176.170 suitable for food packing
Multiple re-use with high resale value
Do not contains any substances of very high concern (SWC) as listed on the candidate list published by the ECHA as of 19th Dec. 2012
Blue master batch contain pigments as specified in IS 9833 1981.

ln order to ensure the quality standards of our barrels, various certifications from renowned institutions are being obtained. Our barrels are approved by llP (Indian Institute of Packaging) and we have received UN certificate for various hazardous chemical.
